How did your school celebrate CTE Week? Pioneer Career and Technology Center Pioneer Career and Technology Center is a small vocational school that serves the area around Richland County, Ohio. Pioneer has many choices for specialized classes and labs for the learning of trade skills. Its classes are open to juniors and seniors in highschool. in Shelby, Ohio, celebratedCTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) The difference between the way two materials expand when heat is applied.
