International Clarinet Competition in Paris. (Competitions). The International Clarinet Competition will take place March 10-11, 2003, in Ville d'Avray, Paris, and is open to clarinetists of any nationality nationality,in political theory, the quality of belonging to a nation, in the sense of a group united by various strong ties. Among the usual ties are membership in the same general community, common customs, culture, tradition, history, and language. and age. The first-place winner will receive 1,500 [euro], with second- and third-place winners receiving 800 [euro] and 500 [euro], respectively.
