In Memoriam. Former ACTE ACTE Association for Career and Technical Education (formerly American Vocational Association)ACTE Association of Corporate Travel ExecutivesACTE Approvals Committee for Terminal EquipmentACTE Anodal Closure Tetanus board member Ted Ardoin died of cancer on Nov. 4. Hewas 42. Ardoin, an ACTE member since 1981, was elected vice president ofRegion IV on the association's board of directors in 1990. He willbe remembered fondly by many in the association. "Ted was adedicated member of the board of directors and a loyal member of theassociation," said Bret Lovejoy, ACTE executive director. "Iwill always remember him for his Cajun accent and his great sense ofhumor Noun 1. sense of humor - the trait of appreciating (and being able to express) the humorous; "she didn't appreciate my humor"; "you can't survive in the army without a sense of humor"sense of humour, humor, humour ." In addition to his dedicated service to ACTE, Ardoin also was thesupervisor of vocational education vocational education,training designed to advance individuals' general proficiency, especially in relation to their present or future occupations. Ardoin is survived by his wife, Cindy, and three sons, Ted II,Jacob and Joshua.
