Letter from the editors. Welcome to the second issue of the Academy of EducationalLeadership Journal. The Academy of Educational Leadership is anaffiliate of the Allied Academies, Inc., a non profit association ofscholars whose purpose is to encourage and support the advancement andexchange of knowledge, understanding and teaching throughout the world.The AELJ AELJ Atomic Energy Law Journal is a principal vehicle for achieving the objectives of theorganization.
