Ivy Tech to offer late-night classes in Indy. INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Looking for something to do late at night? How about going to college? Ivy Tech IVY TECH Ivy Tech State College (Indiana Vocational Technical College System)Community College says it will offer "moonlightmadness" classes at its downtown Indianapolis The term Downtown Indianapolis refers to the central business district, or CBD, of Indianapolis, Indiana. The boundaries of Downtown Indianapolis vary; the original mile square of Indianapolis is considered to be the true "downtown", though some may consider downtown's boundaries campus this springsemester, which begins Jan. 11. Classes will run from 9 p.m. tomidnight. Classes will be available in math, English, psychology and history. Ivy Tech central Indiana Chancellor Hank Dunn says the late-nightclasses are designed to provide an option for students who find itdifficult to take classes at traditional times. The courses also willtake advantage of parking spots and classrooms that normally sit emptyat night.
